Menu and food should state cooked with lard. Ordering chicken for tacos staying away from lard and come to find out the tortillas are cooked with lard and not oil or the birra sauce from the birra meat.

Won’t ever use Villa Tacos again!
This event was scheduled for July 9 however my household got Covid we canceled on Wednesday July 6 and rescheduled for a later date Sergio said no problem and did accommodate a later date and Sergio told me he would be sending me a contract it would explain and lay out the exact details. Sergio never sent me a contact.He sent his parents to this event and they showed up 40 minutes late. Didn’t bring a outdoor popup cover. Which I made clear it was out doors and they needed a cover.. I send him photos of my backyard in advance. The horacha drink leaked on my concrete. Sergio charged me $200 setup fee? Plus $750 cash for 50 people. His parents solely worked this event. I let them use one of my umbrellas for shade that took away from my guests. My guests helped his folks set up their cooking equipment. His folks were very nice. I felt sorry for his parents as they seemed overwhelmed. I extended hospitality and offered use of my home bathroom, drinks waters etc. Sergio called me and was combative at the end of the event to tell me they were finished serving.
He wasn’t interested in hearing what went wrong, he reminded me that I had canceled to begin with so I guess because I had canceled the previous two weeks made it OK for his Villa Tacos to have mediocre service?
I told him I was never going to use him again. And I said I am extremely emotional I have company here cannot have this conversation right now and he suggested that we talk after the weekend I still not have not heard from him. Poor customer service. I doubt he will be successful and continue until he checks his attitude and learns that customer service is everything. Since Sergio never followed up with a call to me to address my concerns…maybe he’ll read this post and hear what happened on my side. Btw. I found an awesome Taco catering company that charged way less and provided way more 100% professional for a party I have the following Labor Day holiday.

Saw the prices and decided to support them anyway and see what they had, Tried them at epidemic ales, long story short.... Way overpriced. The quesobirria tacos were burnt, light on meat, heavy on tasteless cheese but the meat by itself was flavorful albeit dry. Wouldn't eat here again. $18 for 3 smaller quesobirria tacos without consume, $4-5 for each street taco...
