I've had two experiences with F/Stop. Their old location closer to Brandon was absolutely FANTASTIC. No complaints at all. Things have gone down hill since they moved. The new location is HOT. It's in a warehouse that's impossible to cool. Very little protecting you from outside noise as well. The talent and I were sweating profusely. I'm not angry, just sad. I hope things change but I can't take talent here anymore.

do not ever use this studio at all. the place was atrocious, the host couldn’t even do so much as sweep the floor before my appointment, floors were dirty, found roaches on the tabletops in the back, and a major fire hazard with 3 extension cords connected to each other powering the lights all across the room. and the host? useless. told me to my face after we couldn’t get the strobe light to sync “i don’t do photography i just provide the space” and left the room, terrible experience and a waste of money and time. 0/10. gear that’s listed on the site they do not have. nor did they even try to help come up with a solution.

I rented out the studio to do a photoshoot for my online boutique. I came recommended by popular Youtuber, Troyia Monay. This studio is A1! Everything was clean & well set up with great equipment. Matt was a total pleasure to do business with, so accommodating and responsive. He was running a few minutes late to meet me, which was fine because I was running late as well and he ended up giving me an extra 30 minutes, on the house, voluntarily. His customer service skills are unmatched. My team and I will definitely be back! Thanks Matt & F Spot!
