We tried the Fat Doobie which said “most popular” on the menu & the Fat Broncho. During the early afternoon it was very dead in there, as I’m sure this is more a night time business. Their food would 10/10 sober you up after a fun night. The Fat Doobie had some of the best honey mustard sauce and I understand its popularity. The Fat Broncho was disappointing due to the marinara sauce being bland and cheap tasting. It really brought down the whole sandwich. I also recommend only getting the sandwich bc adding fries to make it a meal is a $4 up charge and you barely get any. The sandwich alone WILL fill you up. We spent $43 for the 2 meals you see in the photos. I think it would have been around a reasonable $30 if we wouldn’t have made them meals. Just something to note since this location is in a college area. I would visit again to try some of their dessert options such as fried Oreos & fried cheesecake, as well as the sandwich actually featured on the show. Worth trying! Recommend at least going once.

Unique sandwiches that have been seen on TV. Mozzarella sticks, French fries, fried pickels, onion rings, and ranch on white bread are some of the ingredients on one of the sandwiches offered. The sandwiches are fun to try, but often leave you wanting more vegetables on the sandwiches. The toppings appear to be somewhat stale and not hot out of the oven fresh.

Some sandwiches are over 2000 calories (not that I wasn't aware based on the topings), but for people looking to get a full meal without grease and more vegetables, I would recommend City Bites instead. Fat Shack sandwiches are more of a novelty to try and then move on.

The service was great and friendly. No issues at all with the service or cleanliness of the store. Lobby is pretty big and spacious.

The workers was very nice and polite Don t find that in a eating place much these days. I hope it stays that way when we go back to visit

Bad day at Fat Shack, game day and only one person running the place. Taking orders and cooking, just one person? Unbelievable, they were also out of cheese!
The person there was doing her best but was obviously overwhelmed. Was really looking forward to a burger and onion rings.
Hopefully next time it will be better.

The burger was seasoned well and cooked well. The cheesecake meat was tender and flavorful. Needs more onions and add peppers and a different cheese. The most disappointing parts were the onion rings. For the high price, they were soggy and there were only 6 small pieces in the order. That feels like a waste of money.

This was our first time going and the food was delicious! The owner was working and let us try the different sauces and explained about how everything is made in house. The combination of items on the sandwiches are a perfect combo. Don't skip dessert, the strawberry sauce is delicious on the fried cheesecake bites! The service was exceptional, we loved the direct conversations and interactions, we're definitely going back and bringing our kids!

Me and my friend ordered a single and a classic burger, the waitress switched our order and refused to admit her mistake. My friend also order the onion ring but it only came up with fries (though they did make the onion rings and didn’t charge the extra money)
