Sebring CFA delivers exactly what is expected from the CFA brand: friendly staff and fantastic food. Our mobile order was out within 5 minutes despite the huge line. A manager even came outside to greet those waiting. A really good impression was made today. Good job! It was my pleasure to eat here.

Extremely good food. I had chicken sandwich (original), 30 piece nugget, and 4 piece tenders. Each was delicious.

Still didn't know how they get rid of the repressive lines of ppl, both inside and within the drive through. But my gosh there are too many ppl there.

Really appreciate the be store opening and bringing that fantastic chicken to us all

I was ordering A large to go order. The app for some reason was not able to work for me. So I went inside and ordered. It was a very large order, maxed out the app, a situation to the point where anybody inside could have very easily gotten overwhelmed. The Whole staff stayed very poised and Professional throughout my entire order, even with a very long line awaiting and items on the menu that were unavailable. Sometimes you just have to acknowledge Great service in unforeseen circumstances, I just want to say thank you!

I'm so sad to leave a not so great review for such an awesome fast food chain. My first experience here was phenomenal. The second and third time, not so much.
The first time I visited for dinner with my family (about two week after they opened). They were busy but handled the drive thru great. The food was fresh, employees were tactful, and we left with a good impression for such a new spot.
The second time, I used the app to order myself some breakfast on my way home from an early morning appointment. When I got to the restaurant, the drive thru lines were fairly short. I don't know what was going on with the car at the front of the line I chose. We literally sat in like for about 15 minutes waiting on what I'm assuming was the persons indecisiveness (?). By the time it was my turn to check in breakfast had ended 2 minutes earlier (no exaggeration, I checked the time) and they apparently ran out of all breakfast items and were unable to fill my order. The person who was helping me was unapologetic and basically told me to order lunch or kick rocks (in a nicer way of course). I feel like the situation could've been handled in a completely different manner.
The third visit was the last and final one. The line was long but not nearly as long as the first time. I had my family with me which included my 2 year old, 3 year old, and 8 year old. Once you are in line, you are stuck. We realized this when we were sitting there for 20 minutes and barely moved. My daughter is potty training and ended up peeing her pants 30 minutes into the wait. Soon after that, my 2 year old was restless and wanted out of her car seat so she starts crying. By 40 minutes in, we finally get checked in. After that, it was another 10 minute wait to get our food. By the time we got our food, we were just ready to get home so we grabbed it and left. On the way home, I reach into the bag to give my 2 year old a fry to calm her down. The fry is barely warm and the container isn't even full. With a wait like that, I would expect my food to be hot and fresh. I tried one of my kids nuggets and it tasted like it was sitting under a warmer for a while. Gross!
I know they are still fairly new but the last two visits are inexcusable. They need to bring back people from other stores to help train the newer people properly, help them out or something. Until the service improves, we will stick with out of town visits to this chain.

This was my first time having chick-fil-a, and even tho I've heard of their greatness, I was worried about their simple menu. I have to say it was worth every second of the wait. It's definitely one of the best chicken sandwiches I've had, definitely the best fast food chicken sandwich.

Am truly amazed at how smoothly everything went on opening day, extremely efficient and food was excellent! So glad they are finally open!
