I really enjoy the food but the service can be absolutely terrible. After asking another employee for her name, I was shocked to find out Erica was in a position of management. She shouted at my friend and I over the drive-through speaker because we wanted to do 2 separate orders. I’ve also experienced a nasty attitude from the same woman as I came in about 30 minutes before close to get one thing. She had a nasty attitude the entire time. I will not be coming back because of the complete and utter disrespect.

In a previous life from Austin TX I was a frequent visitor to Schlotzsky’s, so when I heard they had opened one here in Norman OK, I was delighted to give it a try. I ordered a small original with drink and chips. The cashier was new and quoted me the wrong price. She had to get someone from the back to clear the order and start over. She gave me a number and in no time the order was brought to my table. The sandwich was just as I remembered back in Austin super delicious! The inside walls had OU banners but on one section they had pictures of Austin where Schlotzsky’s originated. Close to the look and feel of what I remember and the taste is spot on. Will come back for more and hopefully the cashier will have more experience.

First impression is that the store is clean and usually empty. I have been over here many times to talk with staff. The staff is never at the counter. The staff always makes to wait to talk with someone. I don't think they have ever asked me if I want to place an order. They tend to make me speak to them first before they will talk to me. No welcomes when you walk inside. I didn't jive with the new manager well.

I live in Sulphur in southern Oklahoma. We don’t have a Schlotzky’s nearby. I was excited to get the original sandwich I’ve been craving. I’m sorry but it fell short. I think maybe too much mustard. Everything seemed clean, people were working, and service was good! I didn’t care for the loudness of the associates talking. It was excessive. I heard one person point out the reason they were making mistakes. I will however come back and give it another go.

my broccoli cheddar “soup” was more like gloop☹️☹️the texture genuinely reminded me of the purple stuff from the live action cat in the hat with michael myers. also the female manager was yelling at me through the drive through about making more than one order during the lunch rush? im livid, yelling at customers is never okay and soup quality should maybe be looked into

If you are just coming here for Cinnabon; don't. I cannot comment on the quality of the food from the regular menu, but the items from the Cinnabon menu are literally subpar for twice the cost. I even asked to price match with a regular Cinnabon and wasn't even entertained. Just go to a standalone Cinnabon, it is ten times better for a fraction of the cost.

Great dinner wish it did not have to been dine in. I may have wanted a cinnamon roll for dessert. Hope they open soon for dine in dinner. Or at least to order inside.
