I cannot rate on the atmosphere and the customer service. I ordered via takeout, I will say though that there are a few tables there but personally I wouldn’t want to eat inside. The food is AMAZING. This was the best Chinese food takeout that we’ve had on this part of town. We found our new takeout spot.

We have ordered take out several times from Happy Garden and have never had any issues. It takes them about 20 minutes to get the order ready when we ordered online.

The Sesame Chicken is fantastic and the only thing I have gotten here. For my side I get the chicken fried rice which goes perfectly with the Sesame Chicken. I have not found a soup that I really liked. They all seem kind of bland for me. They aren't bad but I just wish they had a little more Seasoning.

I probably would never come here and it down to eat. This is a perfect chinese takeout restaurant.

For the price you get ALOT of food. For a lunch entree it was $7! You really can't find food this cheap anymore.

I ordered online by mistake. I was hoping for the best but was super disappointed. The spring roll was good but the other egg roll and the sweet and chicken and the rice were obviously old. I took two bites and was done.

First time. Ordered chicken Chow mein. It was delicious! The rice that came with the order was a fried variety with meat in it. I usually specify steamed white rice, but I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor of this rice. Will definitely come again. The one thing that bothered me though: They need to clean their enormous fish tank. Those poor fish are swimming in green water.

I ordered Egg Foo Yung, Chicken Fried Rice, and Sweet and Sour Chicken. The Egg Foo Yung was fluffy and packed with flavor, accompanied by a rich and savory gravy. The Chicken Fried Rice was perfectly cooked, with tender chicken pieces and a great balance of vegetables and seasoning. The Sweet and Sour Chicken had a delightful crispy texture and came with a tangy sauce that complemented the dish perfectly. The portions were generous, and everything was hot and fresh when I got it home. The packaging was excellent. Each dish was securely packed, preventing any spills or leaks. The containers kept the food warm and preserved the quality of the dishes during transit. They also included plenty of napkins, utensils, and sauces, which was a nice touch. The service was prompt and efficient. When I called to place my order, the staff was friendly and helpful, confirming my order accurately and providing an estimated time for pickup. When I arrived, my order was ready right on time, and the staff quickly and courteously handed me my food. For the quality and quantity of food, the prices are very reasonable. I felt that I received great value for my money, and I had enough leftovers for another meal. Happy Garden Chinese Restaurant offers an excellent takeout experience. The delicious food, careful packaging, and prompt service make it a top choice for Chinese takeout in Norman, Oklahoma. I highly recommend giving it a try if you're in the mood for some tasty Chinese cuisine at home.

Food is recently priced. It does come on time. Although they never make anything hot. No matter how much you ask, it's Luke. Warm like cold water. Portions are also a good size. As far as the atmosphere, it's just that it lacks color and is very boring due to the limitation other than that great food. Friendly staff.

I’ve been eating here for years now, probably 10.. For the price point you get some really good authentic Chinese food served in large portions. There food is amazing either same night or as left overs. I appreciate happy garden for serving my area. It’s 1/20/23 and I felt like the chefs deserved a shout out after my outstanding meal.. Peace
