Arby’s used to be my go-to for DoorDash, but they've really dropped the ball—or should I say, the sauce—lately. They forgot my precious Horsey sauce the last two times I ordered. The first time, I let it slide, but after reading a bunch of DoorDash reviews, it turns out these guys are basically the sauce-phobic champions.

Now, you might be thinking, "It's just sauce, right?" But let me tell you, it’s *not* just sauce. Arby's roast beef isn’t exactly winning any awards for authenticity—it’s not really what you’d call "real" roast beef. To be honest, without sauce, it's more like a sad, flavorless memory of what roast beef could be.

But when I order that glorious 1/2 pound roast beef sandwich, I expect it to come with at least 3 or 4 packets of that magical Horsey sauce. It’s the only thing that makes each bite vaguely enjoyable. Does it taste like a gourmet roast beef sandwich? No, of course not. But it's a familiar taste from my past, and that Horsey sauce is what makes it all work. Without it? Well, let’s just say... blah.

EDIT: I wanted to come back and let everyone know that I did post a review at the link provided by the company in response to this review AND I’m sad to announce that I only got an automated message saying Thank You for your comments and basically to expect some kind of response from the store… well… the store never replied after all this time. So if you have a complaint you can just ignore the response from the store because they will never answer.

Placed an online order at 2:25 p.m. for pickup, got there and waited 20 minutes to even get our food. The whole time we were there. The girl in the back making sandwiches was talking s* about the customers and how they needed to wait for their food even though she stated loudly in front of all the customers that she's not making the burgers and stuff in order. So we sat there for 20 minutes while she made all the other customers orders that was coming in after us and then had the nerve to talk s* to me as I was leaving... No employee should ever talk to a customer like that or be talking s*** behind the counter about customers having to wait because they don't feel like making their sandwich!!! She has no idea who I am and she's lucky I didn't come across the counter!!!

Had to wait for someone to come to register to take order. Smoked brisket sandwich was dry and lacking in meat and sauce. Had turnovers for dessert and they were lacking in actual fruit in the filling. Won't have them again. Disappointed.

They were short handed it seemed. Or had a larger number of orders than normal. But they handled it exceptionally well. All the food came out as quickly as they could manage and seemingly in the order it should have.

This is hands down one of the best Arby's I've been to and one of the better fast food places. Great fresh food and amazing service never any wait
