I can’t begin to explain how good my oxtail plate was for lunch. The sides were even stellar too. I would highly recommend Trap Fusion being your first stop after landing at the airport!

The food was great. The customer service was good. However, I don't like the fact you are served in Styrofoam ro go boxes when your dinning in. The same goes with the plastic silverware.

My first time trying Trap Fusion.... And I'm not satisfied. I ordered the catfish and grits. The catfish was flavorful, nice size pieces but why would y'all put the catfish directly on top of the grits in a Togo order by the time I made it home the catfish was a soggy mess...... And PLEASE invest in stone grits..... Instant grits not it and the lacked flavor.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Trap Fusion Food, and it was an unforgettable experience! The food here is truly exceptional, and I can confidently say it’s the best fusion cuisine I’ve ever had. I tried the jerk chicken, rice and beans with cabbage, and turkey spaghetti. Each dish was bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked.

The jerk chicken was tender and seasoned to perfection, with just the right amount of spice. The rice and beans with cabbage were a delightful complement, offering a hearty and satisfying side. The turkey spaghetti was a unique and delicious twist, combining rich, savory flavors in every bite.

The atmosphere at Trap Fusion Food is warm and inviting, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy some of the best fusion food around, I highly recommend Trap Fusion Food. You won’t be disappointed!

I’m not usually adventurous with food, but my wife loves soul food.
While down in TN for business I figured I’d try a local food place and be adventurous.
I ordered the Ghetty Green Tomatoes which were pretty good, I feel like if I sat down and ate them fresh they’d have been amazing, but driving with them for 10-15 can impact any food.
The Jerk Chicken served in rice and peas (no peas, but the rice was alright) the chicken and sauce was amazing.
The carrots were good, and my coco bread was amazing. I would have gotten 2 of the coco breads (had I known what I was ordering).
But whoever makes the Juice Mane Beverages, get those damn things in stores!
I got the Berry Me A G and Strawberry Peach Crango and they are out of this world!
My stomach is full and happy!
If/when I come back down to TN I’ll have to come back!
