It was a pleasant experience working with Frank the owner of C and F Asphalt Sealcoat Inc. He looked at my driveway on Google Street View and gave me a decent quote. He sent me the proposal via email explaining the process and the material that he uses. He arrived when he said he would and was very thorough and neat. I’m very satisfied with the work he did and highly recommend his company.

Very good and honest contractor. Explained everything in detail during our estimate and also had everything written in their contract .
The owner helped us with coordinating a schedule for both repairs and sealcoating.
I appreciated his patience with addressing questions from our residents.
The community roads and driveways look great .
Definitely we will use C and F Asphalt Sealing in the future .

C@F striped and sealed my parking lot. We have used their services for fifteen plus years so it's time I gave them a great review.
I manage my family owned property rental company. We rent and lease office and warehouse properties located in Doral , Medley , and Hialeah.
We have used C@F over a dozen times taking care of potholes and maintaining our parking lots. The company does good work , they work clean , and stay in touch with me so I always know what's going on.
