Dr. Kristi Prockop is an average to less than average physician, at best. She has bad bedside manners and is arrogant, which is not a shock when it comes to medical doctors but if that's how a doctor is then the doctor better have extreme talent to back that up... Dr. Prockop does not that I saw. Lastly, she has an unannounced policy that requires that you reschedule your appointment if you are more than 7 minutes late, yet when it comes to the patient waiting in the lobby I had to wait much longer than 7 minutes. Unprofessionalism and arrogance at it's finest.

If you are looking for a doctor who will listen thoughtfully and then help you navigate your medical journey, Dr. Fitzmorris is not the one for you. If you just want a yearly physical and an antibiotic when you have a cold- she’ll be fine. The office staff is rude however so you might find equal care but a more pleasant experience at CVS

Dr. Prockop is a perfect fit for me. She’s adventurous and likes outdoor pursuits. I’m an aging long distance hiker. She always supports my activities and shares stories with me. I trust her care, knowing she’s looking out for me. She’s very knowledgeable, has a good sense of humor and never makes me wait. I feel like I have true relationship. She listens to me.

Just wanted to sincerely thank Dr. Fitzmorris, her assistant, and the entire staff at this practice for their compassion and understanding during my last visit in early March 2019. I've been going through some challenging times and they more than provided the heartfelt support I needed. Can't thank you all enough – forever in your debt.

Called to see if they were accepting new patients and the lady that picked up the phone was so rude and the nastiest attitude. If that is how your staff answers the phone I would hate to be a patient in need.

Dr. Prockop( Fitzsimmoms) while obviously knowledgeable seemed disinterested. Twice I had serious conditions manifest after leading symptoms were dismissed ... blood clots in lungs and hernia ... each instance required emergency room or ambulatory.

Not only is Dr. Prokop disinterested and dismissive but all of the employees are rude and uncaring. How do you refuse to see a patient who is in immediate need of care?

Both my wife Patricia and myself see Doctor Grizzard at this office. The staff has always been very helpful and pleasant.
