I recently had the pleasure of ordering catering from Maya Rosa, and I can confidently say that their food is consistently excellent. I've attended private events where they catered and public events where had their food truck, and the quality is always impressive. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. While the location itself it’s not a sit-down restaurant, it's perfect for calling in orders for office meetings, family dinners and events. (And you can order for a solo meal, take-out as well) The place is clean, and I love the cool mural on the wall—it adds a nice touch. Highly recommend for your next event! PS: the Mac n Cheese, Brisket and Empanadas are my fav.

My review is on the tacos I had. Pork belly, pulled chicken, brisket and pulled pork.
Flavorful, great smoke throughout. I think the brisket was a tad dry but it's not easy to keep brisket juicy.
The corn tortillas taste homemade. That's a plus.
My only real critique is probably going to have plenty disagree with me and that's the level of sauce on the tacos. I think there is a little too much and it takes away from the flavor of the meat. Other than that, I look forward to trying their other dishes another day. Great job guys!

I would recommend this place just off of customer service alone. The service was excellent and the food is ready right when he said it would be. me and a couple of coworkers ordered and shared a couple of items. The chicken sandwich is pretty good. I think I will try just the tenders next time. my coworker said the pork belly sandwich was one of the best sandwiches he’s ever had. But the macaroni was lacking a little bit of flavor, but the cornbread crust was a nice, sweet touch.

The owner puts a lot of passion, heart and soul into his food. We've ordered from here several times and everything is amazing and the Mac and cheese is simply the best I've ever had. My kids love the Mac n cheese pork bowls. The salsa is so fresh and amazing. I can't say enough about the food, staff and service.

Best food I've had in a long time! Everything was delicious. The tostadas corn tortilla wasn't just a crunchy base, it has an amazing corn flavor that is it's own flavor profile equal to the toppings. The Pinchos (chicken skewer) was, I mean, I don't know what kind of magic they're using to make chicken taste that good. I don't remember the last time I had chicken that flavorful. Go get this food! lol

Maya Rosa is literally the MVP of Hurricane Milton! Grabbed some food the night before which was AMAZING, and then Miguel and his team quickly opened their doors after Milton had passed and was able to feed us and our neighbors while we awaited power!! Cannot say enough good things about Maya Rosa!

Wow. Just wow! I saw them on a FB group and hAd to try. I am SO glad I did. It was delicious! I got the chicken tender platter and it was very filling and very yummy! I HIGHLY recommend you check them out. You will not be disappointed. Can’t wait to go back! (I meant to take a picture but I devoured it too fast)

I participated in the Casselberry vs Maitland Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament and Maya Rosa’s food truck provided lunch for golfers. I have never heard of them before, but the food was great. I enjoyed it, would recommend it to anyone who is looking for great food.
