Terrible Customer Service! I tried to book this breakfast food truck well in advance for a company function. After speaking with Jacob Stephens he agreed on the time, date, and menu. It took multiple attempts to obtain his Certificate of Insurance, which he finally provided after I threatened to cancel. On the morning of the event his truck was a no show! I left a voicemail and sent an email which gave me an out of office response. Jacob eventually responded that he had an emergency and would have to reschedule. We had 100 people waiting for his food truck and he lost a lot of business. I realize things happen but he never notified me that he would not even be coming. Very disappointing!!
