Stumbled upon this Mexican halal spot in Preston Market and decided to give it a try. I had the beef burrito, and it was delicious - tasted super authentic. The parsley sauce was a nice touch, really brought out the flavors. I’ll definitely be heading back there again!

Just had them cater for our community event of 80 people for the third year in a row. We have a diverse range of people, including ages and dietary needs, and never have any complaints! Such delicious food, reliable service, and friendly staff!

I’m not sure why this place has such high ratings. I got the burrito combo. I’d like to think the owners don’t really know what Mexican food tastes like or atleast what Mexican food in australia tastes like.

The burrito was extremely bland with the chicken dry and almost burnt on the grill.

If you decide to not heed the advice of multiple reviewers and still end up eating here, have a taste of the ‘guac’. That’s supermarket, mass produced, commercially available avocado. You’d be able to figure that out with the creamy texture of it but it also tastes terrible.

The corn chips are run of the mill cheap bulk buy bags that are salty and remind you of buying home brand corn chips when you should’ve gone for the more ‘authentic’ Mission corn chips option.

The ‘salsa’ is glorified tomato sauce with a hint of stale spices.

The only respite was the Guava Jarrito I consumed that made me believe I did indeed have a ‘Mexican’ meal.

If you’ve gotten this far, please avoid it unless the apocalypse is upon us and all other food stores have been decimated.

Cute Mexican food truck at Preston markets. Loads of hungry people waiting for their serve. Looking around the corn seems to be a clear favourite, it's on every table!

Sadly, I was a bit underwhelmed with my vegetarian tacos (added extra cheese and guac) - I had high hopes but it felt a bit bland for a Mexican meal. I tried adding their green chilli sauce but that didn't help much.

It's definitely a kid friendly place, and for people that don't like their food too punchy this would be a perfect place!

I'd be happy to try again - might be the fact it's a food truck and a very busy time of day!

Location is great, very convenient, close to train station,bus stop,lots of parkings near by.
An aussie young guy was very friendly. I ordered a burrito with fish(basa fillet), half rice and beans, no sour cream.
It was very quick, well priced, great quality, tasty and fresh. Quantity/portion was just right for me. I would be very very full if it was normal portion/size. It is great for quick bite/snack.
They accept card and cash.I will come back and try something else next time. Highly recommend.

Do not order from here.
Food tastes and looks like dog food. It's cold and soggy. Packaging is terrible so the food goes everywhere and isn't even edible. I feel sick after eating this. Ordered through uber eats, they won't issue a refund and the people also don't answer the phone. Waste of almost $30

On Saturday 1st July 2023 I went to Cornutopia Taco Van. I met Rati with my partner and couldn’t decide what I should choose as I had already eaten. She was very friendly, caring, helpful and recommended Tacos and I got the chicken and beef one with Guacamole. My partner chose the Quesadilla, but I felt like my partner’s food tasted better than mine, Jarritos Guava was excellent too, which made everything better. The owner was happy and cheerful too. We would highly recommend this place for Quesadilla. Thank you 🙂 We look forward to coming back again.

I couldn't have asked for a better caterer than Cornutopia for our 30th birthday at home. We had 80 guests and were all satisfied and well-fed. The ladies that served that night were exceptional and had excellent customer service. We highly recommend their service!
