I was amazed at how delicious the Dilli Ki Pav Bhaji ($16.99) was! Craving for this dish, I wanted to order from a nee restaurant on Uber Eats, and this place popped up. Since the price seemed right, I placed my order, and had to wait for quite a while owing to the distance. In addition to that, I also ordered a Mango Lassi ($5) to avail the Uber One offet.

The pav bhaji was perfect. The 2 buns were lightly fried in butter. The crunchy edges were so good. The bhaji came in a nice container in sufficient quantity and was perfectly cooked. Just the right amount of spiciness, no strange sweet flavour or funny chunks of veggies. Each morsel was a fountain of deliciousness. That's how you know the food has been prepared with love and care. In another smaller container was a slice of lime, pickled onions and cilantro chutney. It was the best. That's it.

The lassi was okay, a bit salty in the beginning which decreased towards the bottom. Still, the dish overall was superb.

Perusing through their menu, one has to marvel at the creative names for the dishes, and this makes me eant to visit this place and dine in!

THE BEST INDIAN FOOD TRUCK EVER! We ordered the chicken tikka nachos, butter chicken burger and fried potatoes. The flavours were mind blowing, amazing service, super friendly chefs and the truck itself is so colourful and vibrant! Good vibes, even better food! 10/10 highly recommended!

I just had the best GolGappe AKA Panipuri since I left Punjab. The taste of desi veg burger and malayi chaap was good too.

The chips served with the burger lacked a good crunch and were hard inside. Otherwise, the taste of the snacks we tried here for the first time was delicious.

The staff are really nice and friendly. They utterly care about your experience and go above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable.
Sadly, the food is just above par. Gol gappa we’re not crispy enough, and lacked fillings - didn’t even have onions and coriander.
Same goes with dahi puri, it was bland and lacked flavour.
Pav bhaji was a winner, the bread was soft and fluffy.. and bhaji was extra creamy bursting with flavour. Must try and highly recommended. Overall, an average experience. Won’t go there again.

First thing's first, it was exceptionally difficult to remember to pause to take a photo before I hoovered the whole thing down. This was worth all five stars. Absolutely exceptional butter chicken, crispy doughy naan all whipped up right in front of you. Outstanding meal!
